Personnel continuity

is something that is important to us, as well as communication and mutual respect. Children are our most important asset and we want to make it clear that we take our mission very seriously.

For younger children

Is play an important part of learning and feeling safe and connected to your carer friend? The dialogue with family and friends becomes even more important as younger people may find it difficult to show or say what they want and don’t want. Having a clear dialogue is therefore very important. The family provides invaluable knowledge about what works and feels good, which we try to capitalise on, especially when introducing and starting new relationships.

Once a secure relationship has been established, new games, areas and places can be introduced and explored together.

FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES

We recognise the importance of this service in providing support and security for the whole family.

E
We are a family-oriented organisation and recognise the importance of this service. All children want to feel successful and seen and want to learn.

The role of the counsellor is to see, listen and help

to make life easier for you or your family. This can range from a few hours a week to longer periods. We are always keen to engage in a dialogue with those concerned to see how we can come up with a good arrangement together.

Staff intending to work for at least one year

with their commitment, we prefer to hire because continuity is important. When good personal contacts are made, it is important that they are given time to grow and are not replaced too often. If they still need to be replaced, it is good to do so carefully and gradually.

We believe that you have the right to a well-functioning, comfortable and enjoyable daily life regardless of your needs, age, disability or ethnicity.
